• Account & Registration Obligations :
  • All clients have to register and login via mobile number , email id or filling the my account information on the payment gateway page for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. b) The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in “My Account” or by contacting the customer service. 

c) To become a registered User(s) of the Web Site a proper procedure has been made available on the Web Site which is for the convenience of User(s) so that they can easily use the website.

6)  WARRANTY:

1. All offers of sale of a Product are governed by the description and specifications of the Product, terms of warranties provided by the respective manufacturer/brand owners (as applicable) in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

• PRICING. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh, fruits or food prices do change on a daily basis. All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified any product.  In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery applicable charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

8)  SET-OFF:

1. In case the Customer has availed any benefit in relation to the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Customer, he/she agrees and authorizes INVOGLOBE TECHNOLOGIES OPC PVT LTD to recover such benefits from the Customer or set-off the same from any refunds to the Customer.
